Hello 2016! I am super excited to share this look with all of you. It was originally for New Years Eve but I didn't do much so I decided not to wear it. However, being that it's been a while since I've shared a style blog, I thought it would be perfect to feature on here.

As you may know from my Top 2015 Fashion Trends post, I am loving the wide leg trousers. Here I paired black trousers with a mesh detailed bodysuit, created a bit of edge by adding a white shoulder padded blazer, and topped it off with an off white clutch and a pair of classic heels. I kept the overall look very neutral in color, allowing the focus to be put on the detailing in each piece. I love how the mesh detailing in the body suit adds a bit of texture to the complete look. The tie on the trousers also help to jazz the look up a bit.

This White Noveau Embossed-Leather Clutch by Pour La Victorie is stunning. I had my eye on it for a while after seeing it at Saks, and was thrilled when I finally laid my hands on it. You can wear it as a chain handle bag or as a clutch, so it's versatile. The overall architecture of the bag is lovely. The leather is very nice quality and the price range is comparable to a Michael Kors bag.
