I got my first wig ya'll! Meet Jenny.
I've been wanting a half wig to use as a protective style as well as to mix up my look without damaging my own hair. I thought I'd start small by purchasing a synthetic wig from my local beauty supply store before buying an expensive one. The wig I am wearing is by Equal. It is their green cap wig in style, 001. I bought it in a color 4.
I like it, it's not an everyday wig for me, but it definitely had me feeling myself. It had me thinking I was J.Lo for the day. My Jenny from the block wig, lol. The only thing I disliked was the shine. I got most of it out with baby powder and dry shampoo. It's more wearable now. I definitely want a human hair half wig for the winter. I think I am ready now, lol.
Quick info about my outfit. I didn't have much planned for the day so I threw on a pair of joggers and a comfy crop. Since I was in "diva" mode, I decided to wear heels. Everything is pretty casual and basic. I love these joggers because they have a slight edge to them. The color combination also works very well together. Grey always looks nice with light pinks and nudes.
