Update: Life & Style

Hey guys, you're probably wondering, where have I been? Honestly, I've been in a slight creative rut for the past three weeks. When I finally have more time to spend blogging I end up not knowing what to even blog about.

If you follow me on social media, some of you may know I quit my 9-5 desk job a couple of weeks ago and am now transitioning into my new job. Aura boutique will be opening soon in Uptown Minneapolis and I am proud to announce I am joining their team. Finally I'll be working around fashion full time. YAY! :)

Between adjusting to all of the recent changes and trying to manage passing this semester with decent grades, blogging has kind of fallen by the way side. Which is not cool, at all. I just needed a mental break to recoup and get myself together.

Anyways, I am back and you can expect a lot of content from me this coming month. On the bright side, it's getting warm here in Minnie. This look is great for transitional weather. When it's 40-50 degrees outside it's not exactly warm enough to bust out the tank tops and shorts, but it is warm enough to toss the winter coats to the side and grab a light sweater. I paired this awesome midi turtle neck dress from Target with a black cardigan from Primp and, of course, faux fur that I purchased while thrifting. The fur adds a little bit of texture and detail to the outfit. When in doubt, wear black! Black is always a good option. It's chic, simple, and slimming.

As always, thanks for stopping by.
