Happy Thanksgiving!

Unfortunately I don't have a fabulous outfit to share today. I'm at home in sweatpants, waiting for my sister and the food to get done, lol. This year is a little different than usual. Thanksgiving is very small this year. Usually I go to my aunts and spend the holiday with all of my extended family on both my mom and dad's side. This year my mom is cooking a small dinner for me and my sisters. Which is perfectly okay with me. I get to enjoy my day off at home in comfy clothes and still eat good food. Plus I don't have to stop by a bunch of different houses, lol. That can get pretty tiring sometimes. I'll save that for Christmas!

Anyways, enough with my rambling.

I do want to take this time to reflect and show gratitude. This year has been full of new adventures and I am so thankful for all of the opportunities that have come my way. I am, of course, so thankful to have my family and friends by my side. I appreciate each and every one of them more than they know! It truly is a blessing to be surrounded by so much support and love. That is something that I will never ever take for granted.

I'm thankful for my health, both mental and physical. Mental health issues run in both sides of my family. As some of you may know, it's something I also used to struggle with pretty badly. Now I can say I am in a really good place. I'm able to manage my anxiety & depression. I've also found new healthy coping methods for whenever I do feel a little down. I'm thankful for my mind and maturity. I am at a peaceful place in my life and I owe it to my ability to love and forgive. I've also been working out about four times per week for several months now and I feel amazing. Taking care of my mind and body goes hand in hand. You are what you eat!

I definitly appreciate all of you! Every view, like, share, comment keeps this blog going! I wouldn't be where I am at without your support. For that I am the most grateful! It's hard to open up to the world about things you are passionate about sometimes. A few years back I never would've had the courage to start this blog and now look at how far it's come. YOU did this! I've received so many positive comments and messages and it's what keeps me going even when I doubt myself.

I'm thankful for where I am in life. For the big things and the little things. I love the holidays because they show you what is really important in life. I can post myself in a new outfit everyday, shopping, taking trips, etc... But when it's all said and done. None of the material stuff will ever compare to the happiness that love, family + friends, and God will bring you.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Sabrina
