All Natural 'FLU BOMB' Recipe


Hey loves! Welcome back to my blog. As some of you may know via Instagram, I have been sick this past week in a half. I had a virus/cold that turned into a sinus infection. Ick!

I am finally feeling much better thanks to a few all natural recipes and remedies. This specific flu bomb recipe seemed to work better for me than over the counter medicine so I thought I'd share.

This recipe takes little to no time and will make you feel better immediately. For best results, I recommend starting to drink it right when you feel any type of cold coming on. It's good to boost your immune system asap!

Ingredients:

- 2 cloves of organic Garlic

- Fresh Ginger Root

- 1 Lemon or Orange

- Purified Water

- Organic Raw Honey

- Cayenne Pepper

- Tea of your choice

Directions:

- Mince two cloves of garlic

- Grate or cut up ginger

- Squeeze 1 whole Lemon or Orange (your choice)

- Combine minced garlic, grated ginger, and lemon/orange juice

- Add 3/4 cup of hot purified water

- Add a tablespoon of cayenne pepper, your favorite tea bag, and honey for taste

It's that simple! To be honest, the taste isn't very pleasant. But it does work really well. Garlic and Ginger are anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral. However, you cannot swallow a garlic clove and think you'll get the same benefits as chewing or mincing it. Trust me, I tried it. The juice from the clove has to be present for it to work. The lemon or orange you add will help boost your immune system by adding in some Vitamin C and the cayenne pepper will add a little spice to help open up your sinuses.

If you can't get over the taste try using the same recipe but instead of adding 3/4 cup of water and tea, add all of the other ingredients in a shot glass and just take it as one quick shot in the morning and before bed until your sickness is all gone.
