When your robe becomes a part of your outfit...
I got this super cute fuzzy robe as a christmas gift from my sister. I adore it so much that I actually wear it every single day around the house, lol. Its super soft and warm. When I get home, I am notorious for changing into my pajamas ASAP. If I decide to go somewhere else later I'll get dressed again; but while I'm at home being comfortable is a must!
Your probably wondering what made me wear my robe as a jacket?
Well, this winter I really wanted a Teddy coat but was unable to buy one because I put myself on a strict financial plan after Christmas until the Spring. I won't go into detail about why in this post, I'll save that for another time. Anyways, since I have not been purchasing any new items, I dug around in my closet and got a little creative. This robe reminded me of a teddy coat so I styled it as if it was one and ended up really liking the end result.
I love finding multiple uses for items. If you can pull it off well and with confidence, that's how you really get your money's worth, lol. Plus it's just fun seeing what you can put together and make look stylish.
