Orders typically take up to 1-2 business days to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.
Tracking My Order
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
How do I make a return?
To make a return request send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name, address, phone number, items returning and reason for return within 14 business days of delivery date. Return instructions will be emailed back to you.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel is returnable within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit only. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
Free gifts or promotional items
Items marked FINAL SALE
Bodysuits, Swimwear, Undergarmets
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
